When it comes to training and support – If it’s marketing related and it’s a priority for you we can train you in it. As we work on your marketing strategy, we identify the key priority tasks you need help with, and those are our focus for the final few sessions. We also can do stand-alone training in content marketing. sales training, brand story and marketing automation/ CRM – We are partners for ActiveCampaign and Zoho.

We have a “marketing strategy first” policy so this is where we begin. Our marketing strategy and action plan (which is designed to be an evergreen action plan that you can use for several years) starts at $4995 + gst. The price is dependent on the complexity, type, and size of your business. Around 70% of our clients would be given the $4995 + gst rate.

This plan does include training one-to-one in agreed priority areas, and access to a training portal for common areas.

Rachel’s group coaching programme THE CONTENT MASTERWEB is $3765+gst for 6 months

Rachel’s one-to-one coaching is $15,000 +gst for six months. (plus travel)

Rod’s Zoho, Zapier and ActiveCampaign work is assessed project by project and normally starts at 4-5k.

Yes! You can apply through Fee Funders to pay for our services over a 3,6,9 or 12 month period. A $95 application fee and interest rates do apply.

We also offer the opportunity to organise a payment plan direct with us. You can spread your payments from anywhere from two to five months (depending on what we are doing with you). We ask for the first payment to be made prior to us beginning work with you.

Some of our services may be up to 50% fundable through the Regional Business Partners network. We can only offer this on strategy, training and coaching (so set up and marketing “doing” is not covered.). Our one-to-one, group coaching and public events can/may be covered.  You can apply here.

Funding is not guaranteed, and there are slightly different criteria throughout New Zealand in terms of who is eligible.

We’ve learned the hard way that some people get far better results than others from working with us. The most impact happens when you as a business owner is ready to make a change, and has the energy and capability to carve out some time – not just for our sessions together, but to do the work! Even if you will outsource large amounts, you’ll still need to prioritise time for your marketing. We can help a lot, but we can’t make you do the actions! So before you jump in, check – are you ready to put some ongoing time into making this all work? We normally say that you need to allocate about four hours a week to marketing, more if you’ve got a team. (but they could possibly do some of the tasks!)

We do expect you to provide us with links, content and information we request in a timely way. And… of course.. Pay us for the work!

We also expect you to attend the six sessions on time for your marketing strategy – and make it a priority when we are working together. If you can’t attend a session, please always let us know as soon as possible.

Most of the time your first conversation is with Rachel Klaver (Hi!) When I talk to you, I ask you a bunch of questions. Most of the time you’ll work with me, but sometimes you might be a better fit for another strategist. Together I and my team have worked with pretty much every type of business and from Start-Ups to 20 million plus turnover enterprises. So my suggested strategist for you is about finding the very best fit for you and your needs.

Generally it’s often 3-4 weeks from “yes” to getting your first strategy session with us. Sometimes we’ll have a gap you can pop straight into. At peak times of the year, we can have a 4-6 week wait with a specific strategist, at which stage we’ll give you an alternate option.

Sure! We do nearly all our training and strategy via Zoom. Our Facebook and automation training is often via videos (so you keep it). However you can also arrange to meet Rachel Klaver in Orewa or Rachel Callender in Warkworth. There is no extra cost involved in you coming to us, but we do keep an eye on the time and stick to the 90 minute sessions. Some sessions are BETTER to do online if we are training you, so we can record the session.  We do re-quote if you want us to come to you, and it may be several thousand dollars more, depending on travel time. You will also need to pay for travel costs if out of Auckland.

Digital marketing is only a part of the strategies we create. (A big part ). We look at your whole business, including customer experience, P.R., events, traditional media, print, radio, and more. We’re interested in how it fits together For our smaller businesses we tend to focus on digital mainly because it’s so accessible (and while time heavy, it’s cheap!). However, sometimes a good-old targeted mail-out or letterbox drop is just the ticket too.

We certainly do! Most of our clients start with a marketing strategy first. But you can start straight into Rachel Klaver’s Content Masterweb, a 12-month group coaching programme if she’s confident you already have a clear focus on who you are marketing to, and your core messages.  This is a 12-month programme. We also have one-to-one coaching sessions that are with Rachel Klaver. We have fortnightly or monthly options, The minimal coaching period is three months, and includes coaching, training, and accountability checks. We cover all areas of your business – so it’s a marketing/business coaching blend, depending on what you need.

Yes! And… no. We’re pretty fussy about getting you results, so we have to do a few things with you first. First – we start with a strategy and action plan that looks at all of your marketing. Why? Because we know Facebook ads work best when it’s working with everything else.

During the strategy we’ll look at your website and buying journey, your organic (free) social media activity, and your email marketing. Sometimes we’ll suggest changes before we’ll press go on your ads, as we want you to get the best possible return on your money, and all of our time.

We have very limited numbers of Facebook ad clients and choose only to take on the ones we believe we can help best.

Yes! If we’ve worked with you on a strategy, and set up your Facebook ads, we are happy to look after them for you as long as you need it (or look after them during your busy periods). We have a minimum three month management time, and we charge a flat fee per month.

We prefer not to. While we do set up marketing, and manage client’s facebook ads, google ads, and email marketing, our focus is very much on strategy, set up, and training you or your team to do it. We can work as a virtual Chief Marketing Officer, and support, upskill, and train you, a team member or a VA to manage your marketing though! We also recommend our “Content Masterweb programme as you and an admin/VA can attend for $347+gst a month. This gives you guidance, support and training and helps you get all your marketing sorted with Rachel Klaver’s support.

If the platforms you are currently using are getting you great results, we prefer to refine rather than replace. However we often recommend MailerLite, Active Campaign, and the full ZOHO suite of apps. We are certified Active Campaign consultants (we have to pass an annual test every year to stay accredited) AND ZOHO partners. While we love both, and use both in our own business, we carefully think if these might be suitable, and only recommend if we are confident they’ll meet your needs.
